The Score: Talking Solidarity And Responsibility With Tiriki Onus

In the aftermath of the failed referendum and months of harmful conversations with and about First Nations communities, broadcaster, therapist and researcher Leah Manaema Avene focuses the conversation toward the responsibilities of non-Indingeous Australians.

Leah is joined by Dja Dja Wurrung and Yorta Yorta artist, storyteller, academic and filmmaker (Ablaze, 2021) , Tiriki Onus, who speaks about strength-based approaches to resistance and the importance of reaching a critical mass of yearning for an Indigenised future.  Together they explore the challenges and responsibilities of how one can stand in solidarity with First Nations communities.
