Sam and Hamish are joined by Austin Fabry-Jenkins, Co-Convener of the Victorian Pride Lobby to talk about a new report the VPL released with the Trans Justice Project revealing the abuse, harassment, and hatred directed towards the trans and gender diverse community, which has increased over the last few years.

The three of them discuss findings in the report including common experiences of trans people, as well as its recommendations for state and federal levels of governments, such as reforms to anti-vilification laws, funding grassroots initiatives to deal with the rise in extremism, dealing with misinformation about trans issues in media and social media, and more.
