Sea Glass is the seventh album from Grand Salvo, the recording project of Melbourne's Paddy Mann. Paddy is acclaimed for his ability to transport listeners with atmospheric arrangements, detailed compositions, and immersive stories. Sea Glass is described as a "richly allegorical album [that] explores how a single, vivid memory can shape who we are; resurfacing and altering our thoughts and recollections as the years go by. The album’s very structure is an approximation of how such a memory is forged; each song radiates out from a seed memory." Combining classical, folk, and experimental songwriting styles, Sea Glass is another impressive feat of imagination and skill from a singular artist.
