Los Angeles group Warpaint released their impressive debut album The Fool in 2010, a blend of classic and modern rock and folk traditions. Their self-titled follow-up is equally compelling, a textured exploration of familiar and new terrain, with elements of jazz, overt hip hop influences and dance.
