In 2018, Wilson Blackley recorded his debut EP Elephant, started gigging around Gippsland and coincidentally turned sixteen. He has gone on to tour around Victoria and New Zealand, with over two hours of original acoustic music, his trusty guitar, lapsteel (and his mum!). At the moment he’s getting ready to record his first album, combining his many influences of roots, rock, folk and pop into the Material Plane. Coincidentally, the name of his upcoming album album.

Cariño Son is a six-piece Latin band playing traditional Cuban Guarachas, Son and Boleros. Their infectious rhythms and melodies have people dancing wherever they play. The good people of Northcote are in for a treat when Cariño Son perform.   The line-up consists of double bass, congas, bongos, guitar and très, saxophone, vocals and percussion.

After a successful Wednesday night boogie at Open Studio, Golden Hour return with friends NoLess to crank it up a notch in a primetime Saturday night session of scintillating soul grooves. Golden Hour is an ever-expanding collective of musos, presenting a funky meditation on life, love and suburban malaise in the 2nd most livable city in the world. NoLess is a 5 piece suit fluent in soulful lyricism and hard-hitting grooves
