Born in a backyard studio in Thornbury in the midst of Melbourne lockdown, the Wild Dog Mountains play a rustic lo-fi alt-country fused with a bit of jangly power pop, reminiscent of The Silver Jews, State Champion, Magnolia Electric Co and maybe a little bit of Paul Kelly. Fronted by singer-songwriter Kyle Jay Phillipson, this is a new project, launching a suite of songs written in early 2020's ennui about love, loneliness, dreams of real estate, camping trips gone awry, supermarket lines and other little suburban tragedies.

Suzie Blue is a singer-songwriter in a dark folk style. Having played previously Czech Polka, Bossa Nova and rock folk she is broadly influenced. Now emerging with her own unique voice and instruments, Suzie Blue’s dobro banjo and tremolo tenor guitar explore love and life with four strings and the truth.
