“Disturbing the Peace” is a celebration of the music from Vanda & Young and the seminal Alberts studios.
Honouring the AC/DC, the EasyBeats, John Paul Young, Billy Thorpe, The Angels and so many more!)
It’s only $15+ booking fee and we’re pouring $10 Espresso Martinis ALL NIGHT too!

Yes we’ll be celebrating the masterworks that came from the legendary song writing and production duo of George Young & Harry Vanda (Vanda & Young), along with all the classic artists involved with the seminal Alberts Studios! Take an exciting trip down AC/DC Lane to experience what can simply be referred to as “Soundtrack of the Australian Suburbs” here at Cherry. All this special and forever memorable music that spawned from the creativity found in such contentious times as our free love and flower power response to that Vietnam War, the rise and fall of the Whitlam government and classic Sunbury music festival right through to the rise of our Pub Rock culture in the 1980’s and Countdown!

Yes we’re talking a celebration of some of the greatest acts to emerge down under in AC/DC, Stevie Wright, The Easybeats, Billy Thorpe, John Paul Young, Rose Tattoo, The Angels along with many more who worked in the studio with the inspirational production duo of Vanda & Young (following their own rockstar career flying the flag abroad with those Easybeats). We’ll be pouring $10 Espresso Martinis all night and for such a jam packed show demand will be high so we suggest purchasing a ticket as soon as possible!
