Geelong punks UAV storm The Barwon Club on Friday 9th April and they’re more combustible than ever.

2019’s self-titled tape is sharp and fresh, released through Sydney’s Sexy Romance record label. Coming up in the local hardcore scene means bands like Straightjacket Nation, Vertigo & Geld are hardwired into their sound, and they pair it with the energy and eagerness of a band who are itching to get back on the stage.

Joining them will be Shab, who are travelling down from Sydney after having only recently kicked back into action; with their last release back in 2017.

Blunted & Cloak Room round out the strong lineup, both of which are promising new local acts. Blunted will scorch through a set of death metal, while Cloak Room offer post punk to kick the night off.
