In support of the release of their anticipated debut full length LP First Body, Melbourne-duo Two People are excited to announce news of intimate shows in Sydney and Melbourne. It's been a huge 12 months for the band, which saw them unveil three singles, launch their live show at Splendour in the Grass, and sign to LA-based label Terrible Records (Solange, Blood Orange, Moses Sumney, Empress Of) after standout performances at the BIGSOUND Conference. To add to the excitement, Two People were recently announced as part of the coveted line-up for SXSW taking place this March in Austin, Texas USA.

Intimate and immersive, the Two People live show has become a key talking point of the project. Before flying to America for SXSW, they’ll perform at St Kilda Festival on February 10 in Melbourne. The band has played multiple headline shows over the past six months, including a co- headline national tour with LUCIANBLOMKAMP.

The singles from First Body are receiving global attention from BBC Radio 1, Radio 6 and Beats 1. Locally, Two People have scored support on triple j and FBi, with ‘Something To Talk About’ debuting at #1 on the AMRAP Metro Chart on release. They’re currently featuring in a collection of Apple Music and Spotify playlists, including Chill Vibes, which reaches over 950,000 followers. 2016’s debut singles ‘Fading’ and ‘If We Have Time’ have amassed over 4 million streams.
