Art-pop innovators David Bowie and Brian Eno famously joined forces on the hugely influential "Berlin trilogy" of Low, Heroes and Lodger in the late 1970s.

But from the pioneering glam rock of Ziggy Stardust and Roxy Music to their wildly varied outsider experiments of later decades, the two English iconoclasts always maintained a potent creative dialogue.

For the first time, live on stage, acoustic underground renegades The Thin White Ukes and Oblique Strategies will join to pay tribute to these giants of musical invention on instruments that challenge convention while honouring the craft of their respective Heroes
