Starting 2018 by reissuing an LP version of their limited run cassette, then continuing the year with a 4 song 7” EP, and followed by an appearance on Anti Fade’s New Centre Of The Universe compilation, The Shifters now release their first full length album - The Shifters Have A Cunning Plan - 10 songs recorded and mixed by Al “Terry” Montfort during afternoon sessions while drinking coffee and watching daytime news, the album extends The Shifters keen interest for political, social and historical events.
