The Public Sector is the primary musical outlet of James Taplin, with some help from Perry Weinstock playing bass, Nick Crowley on lead guitar, and Xav Pearson on the drum machines. It’s been quite a long time since The Public Sector released any new music, and in the meantime they have been changing with the world around them. The Indie and Garage Rock roots are still very much intact, but involved in a new fascination with Electronics and Post Punk. They're all about building tension.

Joining them are Indie Punk four-piece Cyclone Mavis, and Birdpop.
