Supported by Signal’s Young Creatives Lab, visual artist and illustrator Meg Rennie has created a series of mixed media portraits set in the kitchens of Melbourne, exploring the

connections between food, family, community and culture. As part of this process, Meg has visited community members, including cooks, chefs, and food writers, to ask them what

cooking signifies for them.

Featuring the kitchens of Sharlee Gibb and Matt Wilkinson (pictured above), Emiko Davies, Julia Busuttil Nishimura, Hana Assafiri, Beci Orpin and Raph Rashid and more. See the original artworks at Meg’s first solo exhibition.

Opening Night Thursday 20th June, 6pm-8pm

Exhibition runs Friday 21st June to Sunday 23rd June, 11am-4pm
