The Jake Amy Septet dives into harmonic and rhythmic sound explorations, with vibrant melodies illustrating a strong connection to Jake's naturistic upbringing in the bush. Think Steve Coleman's Black Science mixed with Ornette Coleman's Free Jazz.

"Between massive grooves and destruction of melodic words, expertly impressionistic colours are nevertheless the beautiful part of its expression." - Jazz News (Pierre Tenne)
