Bringing together a sextet of emerging young Australian musicians, Elly and Mia present a night of contemporary jazz played amongst good friends. This group will feature original compositions by members of the sextet, as well as pieces by established Australian jazz musicians, including Andrea Keller and Paul Grabowsky, highlighting the creative and expressive nature of jazz and improvised music.

Originally meeting playing the music of Miles Davis, Elly and Mia have discovered a shared love for the freedom and improvisation found in contemporary jazz and the Australian jazz scene. They are excited to present this music in their new sextet!
