Dave Leslie started playing guitar in 1973. He is best known for his work with Baby Animals – a role that he has held for almost thirty years.

He has also worked with many other Australian music heavy hitters including Jimmy Barnes, Richard Clapton and The Angels.His guitar playing style has been described as the power and emotion of the British blues players from the ‘60s, blended with the textures and voicings of the ‘80s, and the attitude aggression of late ‘70s punk, all tied up in a package which is still uniquely Australian.

Now, for the first time ever, Dave will be holding an exclusive Workshop with his own band featuring Laura Davidson (vocals), Alex Deegan (drums) and Travis Clarke (bass).The event will be split into two parts…The Workshop will feature band performances of some of Dave’s favourites songs that have influenced his playing.
