If electronic pop rockers Stellar Addiction had a motto it would be this: “if you have something to say, say it loud”.
In August the five-piece from Sydney released their latest EP ‘State of Mind’ and this time round they are embracing the concept of the personal being political.
Though their sound is still grounded in a solid rhythm section, infectious riffs and the big, bold vocals of frontwoman Stacey Abdilla, Stellar Addiction have matured from their pop punk roots - both musically and lyrically.
The release of ‘State of Mind’ is just one highlight in a big year for the band. Along with supporting Slaves (US) on their recent Australian tour.
