The Southern River Band have gone from playing a small local tavern to taking on their first east/west tour within twelve months, slingin' their brand of wild 1970's & '80's influenced rock! You can call it just proper rock and roll with a dash of Boogie Woogie and a sprinkle of Country, built on melodies plucked from the rich history of the genre influenced by everyone from Bob Seger and Glenn Frey to the heavier riffs delivered by Van Halen and Lynyrd Skynyrd. They absolutely slayed it at Cherry Rock last year, as they always have whether at previous sold out shows at Cherry or touring relentlessly across the the country.

Legacy acts such as Status Quo, The Angels, The Stems, Cosmic Psychos and Ian Moss have all given the band a firm nod and here at Cherry we cant stress enough this is a show that is not to be missed!
