Desert stoner rock behemoth, Planet of the 8s are gearing up to release their second album on vinyl. Having run out of viable spare kidneys they’re resorting to raising funds the good ol’ fashioned way: by throwing a party and putting on a truckload of rad live music.

On the night will be album pre-sales, limited-run t-shirts, special deals on merch and CD/LP combos, a prize draw, and more to be announced.

Supported by some of Melbourne’s finest riff-masters, including The Balls, A Gazillion Angry Mexicans and Rum for Legba, these legends are donating their time for the cause, so be a legend yourself and come down a little early to enjoy their awesomeness along with a nice cold bevvie, lovey… lovely.
