Sanacori Music Ensemble is dedicated to Southern Italian traditional dances. It is led by Rosa Voto, vocalist , dancer and percussionist who runs the Melbourne School of Tarantella,  , and also featuring Vincenzo De Simone on guitar and percussion, Phil Carroll on accordion and wind instruments and Renato Vacirca on drums.
