Picket Palace were conceived in a sweaty loft apartment above a picket fence workshop in Brunswick, Picket Palace and the band crank. The group has built up a robust following and a reputation for fun live shows. In 2019 Picket Palace started selling out venues after launching their indie cult hit single 'Anthony McDonald-Tipungwuti', a barnstorming, heart-pounding, head-banging tribute to the exhilarating football of the man they call ‘Walla’.
