Caitlin Thomas is a Melbourne-based lyricist, composer and drummer. After years of fronting bands as a guitarist and songwriter throughout NSW and the ACT, Thomas committed herself to the study of drumming in order to better inform her rhythmic approach to composition.

Fascinated by the musicality of drummers including Travis Barker (Blink182), Salvador Aidone (Closure In Moscow) and Danny Carey (Tool) - each of whom studied Jazz in some capacity - she decided to pursue a tertiary education in Jazz Performance at Monash University.

To celebrate the official closing of her studies, Thomas is launching her newest work as a singer, songwriter and composer - PescÉ.

Accompanied by a fearsomely-talented 13 piece ensemble, Thomas plans to demonstrate her capabilities as a band-leader, composer and lyricist, drawing immense influence from her education in jazz performance and drum kit studies to craft innovative pop music.
