Under The Almonds gang coming back at ya with another journey outside the boundaries of the backyard bringing together Melbourne favs Turn South and Adelaide up and comers Pelvis for a free show at The Post Office Hotel in Coburg.
This is the first instalment of a cheeky 'lil weekend with more things happening in the titular Under The Almonds space the following arvo.
Turn South are an indie punk band hailing from the Dandenong Ranges breathing a reinvigorated tenacity into elements of 90's alternative and slacker rock alluding to emotive and politically charged punk the band explored a sense of broader social and political content. Informed heavily by their DIY ethos and blistering live performance throughout extensive touring the band have earned themselves a loyal and passionate fanbase. After a recent trip to Adelaide in support of scene heavyweights Pemberton in their final show the band are thrilled to be welcoming Pelvis to a Melbourne stage, after becoming thoroughly impressed watching their opening set at the same show.
