A self described “geeky kid performing in primary school assemblies”, Odette’s first influences emerged at home. Her South African mother introduced her to soul and funk, while her father’s side of the family is responsible for connecting her to the keys.

A melting pot of culture and influences, singer-songwriter Odette’s wordly-wise and astute songwriting has certainly made her mark on both the Australian and international music scene.
