Upon first listen, My Giddy Aunt initially gives off notes of dreamy indie rock, but upon further consumption it reveals itself to be a delicate baguette made of sugary guitar arrangements, perfectly marinated melodies, and fresh tomato. At The Workers Club on August 10, the band will be manifesting itself into an explosive 6-piece ensemble, filling a niche you never knew existed, but now can't live without. For this jubilant occasion, The Aunts will be joined by local outfit The Sunken Sea and indie singer-songwriter Lili Wymond.
