October 5th, Molly & The Krells are celebrating the release of their 2nd EP, "Losing Friends" at The Last Chance Rock & Roll Bar.
Sydney based punk band Molly & The Krells bring to the front a righteous retaliation to heartbreak, hate & the clichés and hypocrisy that encompass the different personalities of millennials.
Recorded at Def Wolf Studios in Sydney, the EP was produced by Hayden McGoogan, engineered, mixed & co-produced by Daniel Antix, and mastered at The Blasting Room (US). Their sophomore 5-track EP “Losing Friends” features Rejected, Gaslight Anthem, Hate Yourself, a blisteringly energetic cover of Joan Jett and the Blackhearts' Fake Friends and What About Tomorrow.
“Losing Friends” was released on all major streaming platforms August 20th 2018.
During the last Turbonegro V ABBA night DJ Lou Lou & DJ Matt Radford decided to have another “friendly” disagreement (that we may have made up to have another one of these nights).
Words were spoken.
Chests were bumped.
“You wanna go, bro”s were offered.
They’ve decided to settle they’re latest musical fallout with an epic battle on October 5th, as the candied ear worms of the superb Blondie take on the godfathers of metal, the mighty Black Sabbath.
Who will win?
Who will reign supreme?
It’s going to be a night of smashing tunes from two of the finest bands to have ever hit a stage.
So, drag your friends down for a dance or an over the top air drumming display of War Pigs.
