MIKE RUDD’S INDELIBLES’ music is from the ‘70s, but the music still speaks to today’s generation.

If you weren’t there, the ‘70s saw Spectrum’s national #1 hit I’ll Be Gone charting alongside Daddy Cool’s Eagle Rock, Billy Thorpe’s Most People I Know, Chain’s Black & Blue and Madder Lake’s 12lb Toothbrush.

THE INDELIBLES plays I’ll Be Gone (Someday I’ll Have Money) as well as the essential Spectrum repertoire, like Fly Without its Wings (recently recorded by Stephen Cummings) and the bizarre What the World Needs is a New Pair of Socks.

The band also plays songs from Rudd’s other famous outfits, like Ariel’s Jamaican Farewell and The Indelible Murtceps’ Esmeralda and We Are Indelible from Murtceps’ Warts Up Your Nose album.

MIKE RUDD’S INDELIBLES also plays some geddup-and-dance blues tunes and some INCREDIBLE newbies from Rudd’s recent Breathing Space series of EPs and beyond.
