Malibu Spacey is incredibly excited to announce a rare headline show in support of their EP Something To Do In The Desert. Recorded with Rohan Sforcina at Head Gap, the four tracks take in a broad sound that flits between dreamy rock and country, rounded out with three-part vocal harmonies that some dads have called “cool”. A very limited run of 12" vinyl has been produced and will be available to purchase on the night. Joining Malibu Spacey for the occasion will be friends and local dreamers Signal Chain and Tetsuians.

Majak Door - the limber, groovy six piece combination of surf-rock, dreamy pop and indie. Expect rainbow soaked reverberated guitar, wavy synths, dreamy vocals, big bass and thumping drums. Starting out in 2018 playing house parties and local haunts, they gigged relentlessly, honed their sound and released 2 EP's and a number of singles. 2021 saw them release their debut album and since then they have toured Australia hitting up Brisbane, Tasmania, Sydney, Adelaide, Wollongong, Gold Coast, Melbourne and regional Victoria sharing the stage with acts such as Pacific Avenue, The Terrys, The Rions and Lazy Ghost. Now with the release of their latest singles “Forever” and “Seeing Red” the band are set to continue pushing their sound and look to hit the stage as much as possible.
