Not just another lad with an acoustic guitar and a few words to grind, Liam Whelan’s soulful baritone has been wowing audiences around Australia and the world since his stage debut at the tender age of 12.

A born performer, Liam has worked tirelessly on the live stage since high school, both as a frontman and sideman for a variety of original & cover projects, including lead guitar roles in tribute and cover shows, fronting his own band, which included a deal with Golden RobotRecords, national & international touring, and spots supporting the likes of Living Colour, Zak Starkey (of The Who and Oasis fame), the Superjesus, Buffalo and more.

These days, Liam is exploring his capabilities as a solo acoustic performer. Bringing unique renditions of classics, anthems and old ballads alike to life with his distinctive voice and astounding proficiency on guitar, Liam is a performer like no other.
