Cookie Cutter is the second rocking cut from the Colour Sound sessions we did a couple of years ago, beautifully mixed and mastered by Tim Johnston who worked with us on Live at Bakehouse. The song may or may not have been inspired by a not so kind review. Because what better way to respond to criticism than showing them how it’s done. And just how it easy it is. Not.
We’re super excited to be joined by Ryan Sterling playing tracks from his sublime new record, Fuel for the Fire. We’ve been trying to get Ryan on one of our Red Betty shows since last year so can’t wait for you to hear him. And rounding off this night of fine local talent will be Hannah Potter. Music kicks off at 8 so get there early to avoid disappointment.
Cookie Cutter will be available everywhere on the interwebs on the day, but you might get lucky and hear it somewhere on Melbourne community radio in the meantime. Like you need another reason to listen to it.
