On December 11, 2020 Khan released their second full length album 'Monsoons'. Unplanned and recorded in between lockdowns, the release marked a sonic departure from their debut album 'Vale' (2018) and saw the band temporarily abandon their distinctive vocals in favour of fully instrumental heavy psych-infused post-rock.
"Despite the band opting for going fully instrumental, they yet again managed to showcase their precious skills in weaving complex soundscapes with emotion and careful pacing. This album is a deeply buried gem that once uncovered, holds on and doesn't cease to amaze with each consecutive spin" - More Fuzz.
Unable to tour to promote the release, the heavy progressive psych trio instead accepted an invitation to perform as an international co-headliner at the virtual edition of Strawberry Fields, Bangalore with viewers tuning in to the live stream from around the globe. More than 18 months since last performing live in Melbourne and armed with vinyl fresh from the pressing plant, Khan return to the stage to finally celebrate the release of 'Monsoons'.
Khan will be joined by special guests Grey Mantis.
Entry - $15
