Singer, songwriter, instrumentalist and producer Helen Catanchin, performs under her solo moniker, Katankin. Formally trained as a jazz singer, Catanchin has a uniquely warm tone that is simultaneously earthy and incredibly pure, along with a true bard's ability to deftly expose the beating heart of every song. With a poetic and poignant songwriting style featuring magical storytelling, despair and hope juxtaposed, and candid confessions of hearts laid bare, Katankin's songs are navigated by her signature vocal sound, amidst lush harmonic beds and addictive hooks and grooves.

Described as a new age Kate Bush, award-winning singer-songwriter Celeste Kate creates quirky, introspective pop music.
The Ballarat-born, Melbourne-based artist tells stories of emotional highs and lows through the lens of pop, indie, and acoustic music.
Celeste's performance at the Drunken Poet will be a stripped back acoustic keys and vocals version of her studio released songs which otherwise lend themselves to electric guitar, strings and percussion.
Celeste brings her audiences together through songs written across a variety of topics including love, loss, relationships, mental illness, human spirit, and nostalgia. This is an evening not to be missed.
