Lestnitsa has been delighting fans with their Russian roots and modern rhythms since January 2018. With performances at bars, festivals and studio recordings to show for, they are beginning to produce a footprint in the Melbourne music scene. Each member of the band harbours a wide range of experience, evident in creative solos and harmonies. The result is a soulful blend of folk, rock and strings.

This November, they are delighted to be performing at Bar Open alongside Renelophus.

Renelophus is also a result of a fusion of eras, styles, and influences. Think 90s, hip hop; alternative; jazz; rock and world music; each song is entirely different to the next. Since releasing The Blue Dot EP in June 2019, the band has been arranging their big-sound originals into something a little more mellow.
