Jo Meares returns to The Spotted Mallard with his glorious 7 piece band for his only Melbourne full band show to celebrate the release of his new EP The Fields of Yesterday and The Dream Hotel. Following the release of his acclaimed 2018 album Back to the World, Meares has recorded two beautiful new songs that ponder the grand themes with the kind of grace and poetry usually associated with songwriters such as Leonard Cohen, Nick Cave and Howe Gelb.
