We like to think outside the square, so we’d like to introduce our very special guest ‘LAYDEE LISA’ (formerly Mama Lisa) a veteran personality of the RNB scene who graces us with her presence @ Pooty Tang! Professionally, Lisa’s contribution and support to the local RNB scene in Melbourne is unparalleled and her staying power is a testament to her love and commitment to music in general. Her extensive experience spans nearly 30 years from her humble beginnings as a nightclub promoter, creating successful RNB radio shows, journalist for Rolling Stone interviewing the stars, and supporter in helping launch local artist’s careers i.e. – Daniel Merriweather, Andrew De Silva and Havana Brown to name a few. Her experience earns her the right of musicologist, as this is evident in her music knowledge and networks locally and internationally- she knows everyone.

Personally, she’s a positive force with a no bullshit policy which makes her one the funniest people to be around which is infectious. She is a warm, approachable, kind hearted and generous person, I know this coz we met in 90s’ at the beginning of it all. Make sure you say wassup! For Pooty Tang, she is going full circle and will be rocking the MC to let it all hang out and giving some back for good times sake.
