Arriving seemingly out of nowhere in 2017, Sydney-based force of nature imbi the girl has been slowly writing their own story, to the beat of their own drum. After recently wrapping up a national tour supporting multi-talent Odette, imbi the girl has announced their debut headline tour to celebrate their new single ‘i used to’ featuring SUPEREGO.

With their unique and inspiring brand of poetic hip-hop, R&B and soul, they have quickly won the hearts of industry and fans, with prominent features on Billboard and Beats 1, support from triple j Unearthed and finding passionate champions across community radio. With breakthrough single ‘swell’ proving imbi as a force to be reckoned with, they performed at Laneway Festival, BIGSOUND, Listen Out and Groovin The Moo, as well as supporting the likes of Sampa The Great, FKJ and Horrorshow.

Don’t miss imbi the girl as they embark on their first headline tour with shows in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney this June, joined by electronic producer Azura on support duties.
