HABITS return in their first headline set since the release of ‘Salty’. Now in its second edition, HABITS Melbourne Music Week party will memorialise Mo’s infamous crack’n’fall - a true statement of the band’s dedication to club culture. Their first headline since touring with Ms. Boogie will feature; former Berliner, darkwave supernova V, POLISH - familiar faces from Spotting who produce unnerving tunes heavy on the synth with half spoken half sung vocals keeping a metronome-esque patter over robotic melodies, and PAPAPHILIA - blending the exaltation and sorrow from 90s dance music, RnB, disco, pop into an electronic palette drawn from the dystopian poetics of contemporary technological disposability. This is exactly the sweaty club night with heart and a strong pulse you are looking for and it’s absolutely free!
