Champs is pumped about playing the Winnebago Lounge because he sees it as “hip and groovy, it gives me access to a more musically-minded audience than the norm”. He’s hoping to play some non-regulation stuff. You might get Never Turn Right at Burke Road Malvern – but you might also get some more obscure choices too. That’s why he’s named it What You Want Me To Play – and What I Want To Play. He’s curious to find out what you’re expecting – and he wants to surprise you too.
