Melbourne-based electronic duo GL (Graeme Pogson and Ella Thompson) have announced the launch of their brand new single “Night Habit”, out on Friday August, 30.

“Night Habit” blends 70s funky soul beats with sticky low-driven percussion and synths, topped off by singer Ella Thompson’s lofty harmonies to create a spooky, down-tempo throb, worthy of a ceremonious slow-dance. Premiered on triple j's Home & Hosed, it’s another example of the duo’s thrilling contemporary spin on classic disco, funk, boogie, soul and electronic pop that ensures four minutes of delighted listening.

To celebrate, the pair will be taking to the stage with their first headline show in over two years at Howler in Melbourne on Friday October, 18. The single launch will be supported by local legends Messy Mammals, Kye and leading selector DJ Colette.
