This will be Full Flower Moon Bands only Melbourne show, playing brand new singles, including ‘Trainspotting’ and ‘NY - LA’ off their unreleased album Diesel Forever, mixed by Michael Badger (King Giz, Amyl & The Sniffers).

Joining them are neo-psych rock legends The Empty Threats, hauling themselves over from Kaurna land/Adelaide. Having just blown away crowds at WOMAdelaide with their high energy and wildly talented performances, The Empty Threats are rising stars, and their ascension is not to be missed.

For the Naarm/Melbourne locals, we’ll be joined by Quality Used Cars, the love child of local music genius Francis Tait, of Squid Nebula, The Vacant Smiles and Millar Jukes fame. Recently charming the pants off crowds at Boogie Festival with their sticky hooks and warm vocals we are stoked to have them on the bill.

Last but certainly not least, Fitz Ritz favorite Al Matcott and band are playing their last Aussie show before a 3 month+ hiatus. Soon to take his sound overseas Al wraps his magical lyrics around a hazy blend of alt-rock sounds.

This is the first Curtin Hotel edition of Fitz Ritz, following on from three hugely successful shows at The Old Bar earlier this year. Fitz Ritz is a good time for a good cause, contributing cash from ticket sales to the Fitzroy Learning Network who have operated tirelessly in Fitzroy supporting Refugee, Asylum Seekers, new migrants and those living in local housing estates for almost 40 years.
