The theme for the last of the Friends trilogy is Carpe Diem, seize the day.

Part art therapy, part peer support workshop, part ecstatic group healing, this unique experience draws on the wisdom of past generations to bring people together.

Special guest is Nastassia (Stass) Jones, Founding Partner at Last Hurrah Funerals.

Following a short presentation, we will discuss the things that matter with a culturally sensitive and humorous approach.

Together, using basic art materials, we will create our very own healing tree. There will be music. There will be laughter. And of course, there will be beer.

The event is a fundraiser for Gotcha4Life, Australia’s leading mental fitness charity that works to prevent suicide.
