POOL is proudly launching it's first event as part of Melbourne Music Week's Satellite Program, to help celebrate we are curating a night of live music, poetry, film and DJs, a unique intersection of artists living and working in Melbourne/Naarm.

Pool is a record label and arts publication started by musician Ella Thompson. It is centred on multidisciplinary practices, aiming to create a new platform for artists to share, unite and intersect. Built on the pillars of feminism and equality, Pool is an artist-run collective generating space for innovative new works to bloom and gather. In this way it is a social network tied together not through a similarity in practice, but by a belief in the necessity to collectively foster difference.
