Backed by a captivating live band, ELI GREENEYES rocks a fresh, anthemic sound that stands alone and can’t quite be defined by any one genre. The raw and powerful voice being the glue that holds it all together. Its distorted guitars, large trap and hip-hop beats with honest, commanding, and relatable lyrics that act as a looking glass into this soul bearing artist.

“The last few years have already seen Eli Greeneyes assert himself as one of the finest musicians in the country today, but with the release of new single “PEOPLE”, he’s proven that we’re only just starting to witness his full potential”. Tyler Jenke, Rolling Stone Australia

“Eli sounds like a singer possessed when he fronts a big song like this. The spirits in question could very well be Bono, Damon Albarn and the like given the anthemic effect”. - Dave Ruby Howe, Triple J Unearthed

The Crookeds are a Melbourne 4-piece making rock music like you’ve never heard. Perfect amounts of grit and splendour combine to create an alluring and epic sound. Brought together by a shared love of heavy music, they effortlessly combine tight grooves and heavy riffs with angelic Buckley-esque vocals to create one-of-a-kind, heavy rock ‘n’ roll.

2019/20 saw The Crookeds release two massive singles ‘Sucker for Pain’ and ‘Never Get It’. During this time, the band also embarked on two massive national tours, allowing them to refine and perfect their infectiously energetic live show in venues across the East Coast.

Raring to go, following the Melbourne lockdowns, the boys have come back strong with a massive new track ‘Dead Eye’ - a hard and fast take on society’s shift from intuition. Dirty riffs and powerful grooves combine with ease as the band takes you on an epic sonic journey.

With a recent run of sold-out hometown shows, and an EP on the way, The Crookeds are proving they are a rock ‘n’ roll force to be reckoned with.
