Conceived in a grotty shed in Brunswick East sometime in mid 2016, Eggy have slowly hatched into one of Melbourne's most unique warble pop bands. What they lack in technical prowess they make up for with a love of footy, wobbly riffs, palak paneer and g n ts.

'52 AFLW Players' is their debut single, a homage to Eggy's first two loves: the B52s and AFLW. The release is occurring the Wednesday before the commencement of the AFLW season.
