East Av3 have been making waves of late with their fast paced and intoxicating bars and beats, culminating in a recent Triple J Unearthed Feature Artist nod and being invited to open proceedings at this year’s Listen In festival! Their monster of a tune in “Riding Through the Fire” was added to full rotation on our youth radio network behind praise from numerous presenters. Championed for what sonically has been described as a middle ground of sorts between the old school sounds of hip hip and a leaning into the new wave of energy within the genre of say Brockhampton and RL Grime.
