Dr Sure’s Unusual Practice are making punk music that is potent and political but always tongue in cheek. Their debut album ‘The West’ is a product of the times, a stream of consciousness compendium akin to scrolling the endless feed; satirising news and current affairs, spouting opinion pieces and opposing oppression.

Appearing on the Melbourne scene fully formed in November 2018 Dr Sure’s Unusual Practice have worked hard in their short but eventful lifespan, releasing 3 singles, 3 surrealist video clips, and now embarking on their 3rd tour for 2019, positioning themselves as a must-see live act with their signature groove-based, danceable, high-energy post-punk.
