DENIM GORGEOUS – indie folk/grunge folk and JOE JACOBSON – singer-songwriter/soul rock From reclusive closet-folk star to New Orleans indie rocker, Denim Gorgeous returns to his home in Aus with new music impregnated with spirit so honest it could light the bulb. Upon his settling back home, stripping the old clothes of an old band, Denim Gorgeous showcases his charming and compelling songs in naked solo fashion – from cabinet confessional to an open stage.

Cariño Son is a six-piece Latin band playing traditional Cuban Guarachas, Son and Boleros. Their infectious rhythms and melodies have people dancing wherever they play. The good people of Northcote are in for a treat when Cariño Son perform.   The line-up consists of double bass, congas, bongos, guitar and très, saxophone, vocals and percussion.

Santa Taranta -  Italian nu-folk  Santa Taranta back at Open Studio, filling the stage with original and traditional sounds from the Mediterranean Sea. This will be a very special concert, bring your best dancing shoes and be prepared to be part of a magic night. Santa Taranta will present this night its brand new line up, since Hayley Egan (voice) and Francesco Bufarini (button accordion, voice and frame drums) have officially joined the band.
