BABY BLUE -

You’d be forgiven for thinking that Baby Blue have been around for longer than two years given their prolificacy in the Melbourne music scene. Having quickly become a staple of the local scene through their relentless gigging, the band, centered around Rhea Caldwell, have been turning heads with their infectious melodies and live show which is a joy to behold.

Lead singer and songwriter Rhea Caldwell performs with an ease few can claim to possess, tapping into sounds of 60s surf rock with a sprinkling of Americana and indie pop. The result is charming and considered concoction from an exciting new talent to watch.

Meres (Tas) -

Conceived in the perfect echo chambers of Canada’s cheap motel bathrooms, Meres (pronounced Mares / Pears) is the solo project of Mary Shannon (Bansheeland, Teens, Thieves, Isla Ka and Joel on Joel). Based in northern Tasmania, Australia, Shannon’s solo writing is awash with reverberant vocal delay, menacing dissonance and tumbling electronic beats. Her abstract, multilayered approach cites influences from the likes of Sadie Dupuis of Speedy Ortiz, U.S slacker rockers Bad History Month and Australian punk icon Adalita.

Doe Eyes Music -

We are an electric folk rock n roll band, heavily influenced by the 70s.

Focusing on exposing both sides of the story, light and dark , we want you to feel the emotion and hear the conversation taking place between two people .

Comprising of groovy rhythms, wild guitar solos, driving drums and heartfelt harmonies
