Danny Walsh Banned are hitting 2019 full bore, with the launch of a brand new 7 inch single ‘It’s Got a Note/Little Astronaut’ on Friday
Feb 8th @ The Retreat Hotel.

The fuzzed-out rocker, ‘It’s Got a Note,’ follows the true story of V8 engine stealing racket "..it’s an awesome old-school 70’s rock vibe mixed with current stoner/ fuzz influences. Very Cool.” - Anthony Moore (Desert Highways).

The flip, ‘Little Astronaut,’ was written for Danny’s daughter who spent her first 100 days growing in her ’space capsule’ at the Mercy Hospital for Women Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. He played it for her every day until she came home – thankfully she still likes it!

All tracks recorded by Dave Mudie (Courtney Barnett) at Palmstump
and mixed and mastered by Naomune Anzai at Rolling Stock Recording Rooms.

The 7 inch is a special limited edition colour vinyl featuring artwork from Captain B Studios.

Joining the Banned for the launch are renowned local songwriter Cat Canteri who shreds a slide guitar like no other, as well as globe-trotting 2-piece garage trash band Digger & The Pussycats . And Jacko’s Truck Noises from Donald is truckin’ psychedelic and needs to be heard to be believed!
