The Preacher’s Daughter was spawned from the brain-loin of Dane in the bowels of Collingwood one apocalyptic Wednesday, and soon he found a full line up of whoever was around.
They practiced gratefully in a friend’s bandroom, using their gear, but fate set upon the would be Incest Blues pioneers, and half the band was lost to gangrene and ex-girlfriends, the bandroom was swallowed whole by a giant gutter rat, and the act, for a time, fell into disrepair.
But the Preacher’s Daughter never says die, they stole a disused drumkit from a friend’s lounge room, they found an amp in a pile of Johnston st hard rubbish, and they borrowed a megaphone from Skyscraper Stan, and thus became operational once more.
